⚠️ Important AU/NZ Compliance Note to pass a legal WoF in New Zealand or a Roadworthy inspection in Australia, your vehicle must feature a pair of rearward-facing red reflectors. Nissan put the factory reflectors inside the lower bumper lights on the y61 (not in the tail lights), you must ensure your Prado retains its stock bumper lights or after market reflectors. (This rule applies for all tail lights even your factory ones)

• If you have a factory rear bumper: You are 100% good to go. These tail lights will work perfectly alongside your factory bumper reflectors.

• If you have an aftermarket steel bumper: Ensure your aftermarket bar has built-in reflectors, or use a pair of stick-on aftermarket red reflectors onto the rear of your vehicle to stay 100% legal. ( We sell reflector options )

1 Unbolt: Undo the factory hardware and pop the old, crusty housings out.

2 Plug In: Connect the new unit straight into your factory wiring harness.

3 Secure: Bolt the new housings in, and you are good to go.

Pro Tip: Spay a bit of dielectric grease onto the plug pins before connecting. It stops moisture buildup and salt corrosion if you love beach driving or deep river crossings.
